Melton City Council Awards Night

At the start of the year we completed in the Melton City Council annual Awards Night in the ‘Best Professional Service Business’ Award category. The night was held in May and we were extremely excited when we were announced as the winners of our category.

The 36th Annual Djerriwarrh Festival

November this year brought Melton’s 36th Djerriwarrh Festival. The Professionals team baked cupcakes and raised $400 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. It was an extremely enjoyable day, where there was lots of community involvement and spirit.

Property Management Growth

Property Management Success and growth was on the rise this year with the Professionals Ryder Real Estate. In October the team took out the Top Property Management Growth award at the Professionals Annual Awards.In December the Rental Department also ranked in at number one for Property Management Growth from the period of July – September this year

A Fantastic Year – Kirsteen Ryder

We congratulate Kirsteen on a fantastic year. In October she achieved Top 5% Salesperson for the Professionals Group at the Professionals Annual Awards 2015 held in Brisbane. In December this year Kirsteen also won the following:

–          Top Salesperson

–          Top Salesperson Gross Commission

–          Top Salesperson across the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.

Above all Kirsteen’s most notable achievement this year, was placing number 9 in the Professionals International Awards for ‘Top Sales Person.’

New Success – Jarrod Cook

A very special mention goes to Sales Agent Jarrod Cook, who came third in the ‘Top New Sales Agent’ category in December. This included agents from all over Victoria. Well done Jarrod!

Baby News – Chloe Lord

We are very excited for much loved property manager Chloe Lord, as she is expecting her first baby in February!

Chloe has been with the Professionals Ryder Real Estate for 6 years and has been an extremely valued and respected staff member. Thank you Chloe for all of your hard work and loyalty over the past 6 years, it has been a pleasure to watch you grow into a successful, knowledgeable and well liked Property Manager.

Although we are sad that Chloe will be leaving us, we are very happy for her and her partner Cam and wish them all the very best with the start of their beautiful family.

Good luck Chloe and we eagerly await your return in 2016.

 

Welcome New Staff

Darrin Hay – Agents Representative

Darrin joined the team in 2015 with 15 years of sales experience. He likes the fast paced nature that the real estate industry offers and enjoys dealing with people from all walks of life.

Candice Brown – Property Manager

Candice joined the team at professionals Ryder Real Estate Melton in 2015, bringing her previous Property Management experience to the company.

 

Erin Knight – Property Manager

Erin has 10 years’ experience in Real Estate, starting her career in 2005. Erin commenced her Real Estate career in sales administration and she soon ventured into property management

We would also like to welcome Georgia Ackroyd to her new position as our Receptionist/Administrator. Georgia has worked part time as our Saturday Receptionist since 2013.
