Free Marketing Upgrades until July 1st

Earlier this year we implemented 3D Virtual Tours as a marketing upgrade and we have seen immense success. It has helped us sell properties to people that were unable to view the homes in person, perhaps they were interstate or unavailable to book an inspection. It helped us recently achieve an amazing result with one of our premier listings here in Melton.

From now until July 1st we want to share the benefits of 3D Virtual Tours to everyone that lists with us before July 1st. Generally used exclusively with our top tier marketing package, we will be giving it to everyone.

How does it work?

It works similar to Google Maps Street View when you access it on your computer or mobile device. You can move around the home, panning around to see a full 360 view of the area.

You can also use a VR Headset to look and move around the property virtually. It really does feel like you are actually there. Anyone can do this at home with a compatible smart phone, or alternatively we have a headset ready to go at our office.
