It’s always great to receive positive feedback about our excellent property managers. This week we had numerous testimonials sent to our staff, here are two that we’d like to share with you.

“We wish to convey to you the outstanding work being undertaken by Chloe Lord who is working in your Melton office complex. During the past Chloe has undertaken and solved each of the problems which have arisen at our rental property at Arnold Court by making contact directly with us or by arranging for qualified trades people to attend to each task. As we reside in Redcliffe, Queensland it is impossible for us to act in a hands on capacity but as we have complete confidence in Chloe’s capabilities (as she has continually demonstrated in the past) we know she will act positively on our behalf and also as a wonderful ambassador for your company.
We are indebted to her for the professionalism she has shown and for the prompt and courteous manner in which she has so willingly undertaken such tasks.

“I wanted to take the time to write and to call out your team member Melissa who went above and beyond yesterday to sort out an issue at my property.
The tenant had an issue with the front screen door having jammed shut, which meant the tenant was at risk if there was a fire with only one door to exit the property. Equally with it being the Christmas period, your local locksmith is away and your handy man wanted double time and call out rate, without any guarantee of fixing the issue.
Melissa called me to discuss what was best to do given the high cost to resolve this, whilst also recognising the safety of the tenant being critical. Melissa offered to drive past the property on her way home with her husband to see if they could understand the problem and open the door, which they were able to do, allowing us to then wait for the local locksmith to return in the new year.

I have multiple investment properties and sadly I rarely encounter property managers who take a real interest in balancing tenant and cashflow outcomes for me. It’s too easy to ‘just send a trade’ to a tenants request, necessary or not, and wipe out two weeks rental income. Of course paying for appropriate maintenance should never be a problem for an owner, often costs are incurred unnecessarily however. Melissa clearly role models the professionalism sought in a property manager with her actions yesterday and as such I wanted to recognise her accordingly.”
