Meet Chloe,

Since embarking on a career in Real Estate at Professionals Ryder Real Estate in 2009, Chloe’s knowledge of the Melton Property Management market is second to none. Having grown up in Melton, she is a local expert of the area and utilises this knowledge to help give her Landlords and Tenants the best service and advice.

Chloe’s friendly nature, dedication, along with her sharp attention to detail ensures she always provides her customers with the best property management service in town. “Looking after someone’s biggest asset is not something I take lightly, I manage a landlord’s investment as if it was my own home. Her achievements include completing year 12, certificate 3 & 4 in business administration and her Agent’s Rep certificate. “Although I have achieved a lot at a young age, my biggest achievement in life is my son Hunter, becoming a mum has made me stronger as a person, which helps motivate me to work harder to provide him with the best life.”

  • I just wanted to send you a quick email so you know what staff you have. I walked into your office this morning and was greeted by lovely receptionist who directed me to Chloe. Chloe was very helpful with regard to rentals and made an appointment to view the above property with either herself or Jarrod today - an amazing feat in itself! I can't tell you how happy this made me as I had been to several estate agents this morning and kept hitting brick walls so by the time I got to you, I was pretty frustrated to say the least. I don't understand why it is so difficult to make a time to see a property if it is already vacated - your staff made it easy for me and Jarrod was there to meet me on time and take me through said property. He is a very professional young man and please thank him on my behalf.I will be submitting an application for this property on behalf of my mother purely on the basis that I believe your company will be easy to deal with. The staff members I met were courteous, sympathetic and professional and I thank you.
