Lachlan was such a great person to deal with when trying to sell our house ,very helpful to make us understand about everything before we put the house up on the market. Is also very friendly, trustworthy, reliable and we never had to worry about anything because he was so supportive and satisfied with the price range highly recommend him with your sale .

We recently purchased our first home through Lachlan and I couldn’t have asked for a better Real Estate Agent! He is an outstanding guy, he went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home! We wouldn’t have done it without him. He is a genuine, reliable and trustworthy person. He made the whole process smooth sailing it was a stress free experience, which is what you want when buying a home. Thank you for all your support Lachlan!!!

We purchased our home through Lachlan, he was patient, welcoming, informative and very friendly. We felt supported every step of the way. He spent time with us through the home (even our toddler who came along too). And made the process feel a lot more smooth than expected! We are so excited to move in. Would be so surprised if Lachy ever gets under 5 stars. Great guy!! Thanks again!

We have engaged Professionals Ryder Real Estate to manage our rental property in Melton South about 3 -4 years ago and can sincerely say that we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from day one.

All the staff we have come into contact with have dealt with us on a very high professional manner. Emails are attended to promptly, reports are sent on a timely manner and their communication is excellent. They will tell you exactly how your property looks when inspections are done and they always use very highly qualified tradesmen to fix any problems.

My husband and I won’t hesitate to recommend Jarrod Ryder and his team to look after your investment. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Experiece!

Kirsteen simply set my mind at ease from the beginning. Her knowledge of the market and communication with myself and potential purchasers was very straight forward and easy leaving no room for confusion.

I have no hesitation with recommending Kirsteen and her wonderful team

It was a pleasure dealing with Lachlan. From our first conversation, he stood out as the agent we felt most comfortable with. As good as his word, he kept us informed every step of the way and achieved the result we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for more. If you have a property to sell, we strongly recommend you use Lachlan’s services.

Highly recommended this real-estate, they have always been so helpful in every way and are always so kind. Especially Sheridan and Jarrod – they are wonderful. Better than any other real-estate I’ve been through, I really couldn’t recommend them enough – I wish I was still through them with my current rental!!

Lachlan was superb in getting our property sold. He was on the ball from the word go and kept us informed all along. He was great in dealing with the tenant and excellent in negotiating with the prospective buyers, which got us a better price than expected and a sale in record time (within one week). We found him to be very reliable and trustworthy and to possess an intimate knowledge of the property market in the subuirb, and we can only warmly recommend him to all sellers in the area. THANKS L

Had a lovely experience with Kirsteen. Always available to answer any questions in a very friendly and polite demeanour.
I would recommend her and would happily work with her again. Having worked with other agents in the past I would say Kirsteen’s professionalism is well above others I’ve encountered.
