Chloe was very helpful with regard to rentals and made an appointment to view the above property with either herself or Jarrod today – an amazing feat in itself! I can’t tell you how happy this made me as I had been to several estate agents this morning and kept hitting brick walls so by the time I got to you, I was pretty frustrated to say the least. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to make a time to see a property if it is already vacated – your staff made it easy for me and Jarrod was there to meet me on time and take me through said property. He is a very professional young man and please thank him on my behalf.I will be submitting an application for this property on behalf of my mother purely on the basis that I believe your company will be easy to deal with. The staff members I met were courteous, sympathetic and professional and I thank you.
