5.0 From our first inspection, Lachlan was polite, transparent and a good communicator. After 4 viewings, we made an offer and we always knew where we stood with the vendor. We secured the property and had a hassle free handover. Lachlan went above and beyond his duties. He even filmed the revealing moment we surprised the kids with the news that we’d actually purchased the home they thought we were just “inspecting” when it was our pre purchase inspection.
