Initially I dealt with another agent in Melton who did not keep me updated on what was happening with negotiations. After 5 days of having to contact the agent and find out any updates, I lost the bid on the property. Kirsteen was recommended to me so I rang her on a Tuesday morning about a property I had my I eye on, by that afternoon, the deal was accepted. Kirsteen kept in constant contact with me regarding the negotiations and I never had to contact her to find out what was going on. Absolutely wonderful to deal with and very professional too. Being an interstate investor, I highly recommend her!
