A few changes will be occurring in 2015, specially made to benefit both the office internally and you as our valued cliental. After carefully analysing the different skills and attributes that each of our staff members possess, we have decided to pass the role of ‘Sales Manager’ on to our valued sales agent, Kirsteen Ryder.
Kirsteen started her sales career in January, 2012 and from there she grew a strong passion for the real estate industry and a love for working closely with clients and helping them to achieve their goals.
Since starting her career, Kirsteen has achieved some truly outstanding results and has been recognised state wide for her efforts at the Professionals Rewards and Recognition Night, finishing 2nd for the ‘Top Salesperson’ Award in Victoria.
Kirsteen is a prime role model to up and coming sales agents. She is friendly, motivated, honest, approachable and goes by the saying ‘treat others how you would like to be treated’
Being the very driven and passionate person she is, there is no one better suited to the role and we are excited to see her take charge of an already outstanding sales team.
