He called regularly as I was living interstate, and kept me informed. Lachlan organised the house cleverly for photographs and walk throughs. When issues requiring maintenance arose, he wrote to the builders and organised tradies. Tasks were completed in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend Lachlan highly enough.
