He was able to get traction on the sale very quickly and the property had over 5 people bidding for it after the second open house which was the first weekend it was open. An excellent result given it was a Private Sale. The price we attained was also over and above expectation. It ended up a perfect campaign given it was sold within a week of listing it at a price 5% over the listing price. I definitely highly recommend Lachlan for sales.
