4.0 Mark is very knowledgeable of the local market and we trusted his advice and views on selling our house and how he would process genuine offers versus tyre kickers. He was not over the top in promoting himself and always returned calls quickly. His perseverance in a difficult market paid off for us.

I would very much like to thank the Ryder team; The professional manner in which all of my concerns and requests were handled was second to none and would like to extend my gratitude to Jayson and the team.
Highly recommend Kirsteen, Mark and the whole team at Professionals Ryder Real Estate. They were amazing to deal with, kept us informed at all times and went over and above to get us a fantastic result and in the timeframe we needed. We also use them for investment property and if we ever sell again they will be the ones we call.
We were looking for a retirement home in a location near to family after many years of living interstate and were not enjoying particularly good real estate relationships – until we met Kirsteen Ryder. Kirsteen’s superior understanding of the market helped us find suitable opportunities from interstate and her friendly approach and strong commitment to dealing ethically allowed us the confidence to trust her judgement saving money and many hours of travel up and down the Hume freeway to look at properties. We were, and still are, happy with Kirsteen’s work which resulted in the purchase of our wonderful home in Melton West. We found Kirsteen to be genuine and honest; we are very happy clients and will be keen to use Kirsteen’s services for future real estate activities.
I have found Kirsteen and the staff at The Professionals Ryder Real estate in Melton to be amazing,
They answered all my questions, and when ever I called the office and if Kirsteen was not available,
she would always return my call. We were VERY HAPPY with the result Kirsteen and the Staff achieved.
I would be happy to recommend them.
Thanks again and look forward to working with you again.
