It’s all in the name – PROFESSIONAL!!!
I had the pleasure of utilizing Professionals Ryder Real Estate for 7 years, they were the managing agent for my property and during that time they achieved 100% occupancy for my investment. This was combined with consistent communication from their entire team in relation to my property’s condition and maintenance requirements. Any works that were recommended I was able to get competitive quotes provided and the works managed to completion, not to mention my tenants being long term and happy.
Based on this service I decided to use Kirsteen and her team to sell my property. This was the best decision I made and I believe they are the major reason I achieved such a great sale price after only just one showing.
Not only did they recommend, organize and manage all the works to improve my property before sale they also arranged a short term tenant to live in my property for the 6 weeks prior to the sale. This allowed me to still receive an income from my property during this time and save on having to stage my property as the tenant had immaculate furniture.
Finally, I would like to commend Kirsteen’s honest, transparent and knowledgeable communication during the whole process. This for me was what gave my wife and I continued confidence in the path we took when selling our property.

I am tenanting through professional ryde and have never had such great customer service. On the ball with repairs mostly same day unless later in the evening then it’s always next day.
At inspections very proactive I really feel they care about the landlord and the tenant.

Absolutely fantastic service! I have rented through a few agencies & The professionals Melton is the best by far! The staff are friendly, professional & caring. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, emails and phone calls. They actually care about their clients. I wanted to take the time to write and to call out your team member Melissa who went above and beyond yesterday to sort out an issue at my property.
The tenant had an issue with the front screen door having jammed shut, which meant the tenant was at risk if there was a fire with only one door to exit the property. Equally with it being the Christmas period, your local locksmith is away and your handy man wanted double time and call out rate, without any guarantee of fixing the issue.
Melissa called me to discuss what was best to do given the high cost to resolve this, whilst also recognising the safety of the tenant being critical. Melissa offered to drive past the property on her way home with her husband to see if they could understand the problem and open the door, which they were able to do, allowing us to then wait for the local locksmith to return in the new year.
I have multiple investment properties and sadly I rarely encounter property managers who take a real interest in balancing tenant and cashflow outcomes for me. It’s too easy to ‘just send a trade’ to a tenants request, necessary or not, and wipe out two weeks rental income. Of course paying for appropriate maintenance should never be a problem for an owner, often costs are incurred unnecessarily however. Melissa clearly role models the professionalism sought in a property manager with her actions yesterday and as such I wanted to recognise her accordingly. Please pass on my thanks to her and recognise her in an appropriate manner.
I did offer to compensate her husband for his time, I was serious about this so if I can offer him something please let me know.
