I had the pleasure of utilizing Professionals Ryder Real Estate for 7 years, they were the managing agent for my property and during that time they achieved 100% occupancy for my investment. This was combined with consistent communication from their entire team in relation to my property’s condition and maintenance requirements. Any works that were recommended I was able to get competitive quotes provided and the works managed to completion, not to mention my tenants being long term and happy.
Based on this service I decided to use Kirsteen and her team to sell my property. This was the best decision I made and I believe they are the major reason I achieved such a great sale price after only just one showing.
Not only did they recommend, organize and manage all the works to improve my property before sale they also arranged a short term tenant to live in my property for the 6 weeks prior to the sale. This allowed me to still receive an income from my property during this time and save on having to stage my property as the tenant had immaculate furniture.

I am tenanting through professional ryde and have never had such great customer service. On the ball with repairs mostly same day unless later in the evening then it’s always next day.
At inspections very proactive I really feel they care about the landlord and the tenant.
